Vice President, Customer Success

Overview:
The Vice President of Customer Success is a leadership role that is responsible for driving the success of our customers. This role leads a team of customer success managers that engages, supports, and drives outcomes for customers. The Vice President of Customer Success is part of Unifyed’s executive leadership team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a high performing team of customer success managers
- Drive customer success outcomes for new and existing customers
- Define and optimize the customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal
- Manage customer success activities and process improvements
- Establish, measure, and improve key customer success metrics
- Create a company-wide culture that understands the value of customer success
Experience & Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience in leading customer-facing organizations
- Combined background of post-sale and sales experience
- Strong empathy for customers and passion for driving business value
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree and MBA degree is preferred
