In his three decades of experience, Brock Hansen has mastered understanding, guiding, and bringing out the best in people – all with a perfect balance of wisdom and wit – making him a seasoned leader.
Brock has honed his leadership skills working with companies like FedEx, CHEP, Wiley, Academic Partnerships, and Acadeum. He has held roles in operations, customer experience, support, and sales. Taking on new challenges while diversifying his professional experience has allowed him to successfully transfer his skills while continuing to grow personally and professionally. His leadership formula is “Set Clear Expectations + Hold Accountable + Provide Follow Up / Feedback + Continuous Improvement ” which has led to success across a variety of industries.
As President of Unifyed, his vision is to develop strong, collaborative partnerships where students and campuses benefit from the seamless technology experience provided by Unifyed products. He is keenly focused on value engineering to directly benefit student enrollment, retention, and connection to campus
His natural inclination toward understanding people helps him harness each person’s strength to architect high-performing teams that exceed expectations.
Brock is certified in Six Sigma and outside his hours leading Unifyed he is a dedicated “hockey dad”, often found alongside his wife, cheering on his son at hockey rinks in Florida and around the US.
Fun Fact: Brock has played hockey for 15 years and coached youth hockey for 14 years.

With over 18 years of experience in the industry, Jarod Bonino is a seasoned leader with a passion-filled curiosity for recognizing customer needs and delivering the right solution. His journey began as a Quality Assurance Engineer and today, he holds the role of an AVP of Product Management spanning Product Management, Engineering, and Leadership.
Driven by a deep curiosity to learn the “whys” and the “hows” and a relentless pursuit of discovering intuitive and valuable ways to build helpful solutions, Jarod is determined to deliver exceptional student experiences in higher ed.
At Unifyed, Jarod oversees product strategy, development, and execution, ensuring our solutions align with the evolving needs of our customers.
After hours of overheating his brilliant mind, he enjoys traveling with his wife and two dogs named Riggs and Finn. He’s an avid sports fan and spends time playing ice hockey with his wife.
Fun Fact: Riggs is a therapy dog and loves working at an assisted living facility.
