Vice President, Customer Success

We’re looking for the right person to help lead and develop our Customer Success team here at Unifyed.

Overview:

The Vice President of Customer Success is a leadership role that is responsible for driving the success of our customers. This role leads a team of customer success managers that engages, supports, and drives outcomes for customers. The Vice President of Customer Success is part of Unifyed’s executive leadership team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high performing team of customer success managers
  • Drive customer success outcomes for new and existing customers
  • Define and optimize the customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal
  • Manage customer success activities and process improvements
  • Establish, measure, and improve key customer success metrics
  • Create a company-wide culture that understands the value of customer success

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years experience in leading customer-facing organizations
  • Combined background of post-sale and sales experience
  • Strong empathy for customers and passion for driving business value
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree and MBA degree is preferred
