Unifyed Single Sign-On SSL Certificate: If domain name Add-On service is selected by the Members than they will be required to select one trusted security certificate from another third-party vendor (e.g. VeriSign or Entrust) and shall be responsible for bearing the cost for the certificate.
Establish LAN-to-LAN VPN: The Member will work with Unifyed Single Sign-On to establish a LAN-to-LAN VPN, providing 128-bit IPsec cipher cryptography and the same shall be at additional cost.
Downtime: If downtime is required, it will be schedule on weekends and/or during after hours.
Member will be responsible for any changes to Member’s backend systems and applications. If any change results in Unifyed SSO services to become unavailable, it is Member’s responsibility to notify Unifyed SSO of the change made by Member and/or the Vendor that provides Member’s affected backend application/service. Unifyed SSO will provide good faith and reasonable effort to resolve Unifyed SSO services for the affected Member application(s). However, if the effort needed from Unifyed SSO to resolve the issue requires more than reasonable effort or if Member requires resolution within a specific deadline, then Member may engage Unifyed SSO via Professional Services for the resolution.
Outreach & Training: Member will be responsible for outreach and training end users on Unifyed Single Sign-On.
If Services are required to be performed on-site, travel, lodging, meals/per-diem, and incidentals are billed in addition on actuals at Member’s expense.

Taking on new challenges while diversifying his professional experience has allowed him to successfully transfer his skills while continuing to grow personally and professionally. His leadership formula is “Set Clear Expectations + Hold Accountable + Provide Follow Up / Feedback + Continuous Improvement ” which has led to success across a variety of industries.
As President of Unifyed, his vision is to develop strong, collaborative partnerships where students and campuses benefit from the seamless technology experience provided by Unifyed products. He is keenly focused on value engineering to directly benefit student enrollment, retention, and connection to campus
His natural inclination toward understanding people helps him harness each person’s strength to architect high-performing teams that exceed expectations.
Brock is certified in Six Sigma and outside his hours leading Unifyed he is a dedicated “hockey dad”, often found alongside his wife, cheering on his son at hockey rinks in Florida and around the US.
Fun Fact: Brock has played hockey for 15 years and coached youth hockey for 14 years.
