UNIFYED SSO LICENSE AND LIST

I. UNIFYED IDENTITY SOFTWARE LICENSES Unifyed SSO License Terms:
a. Unifyed SSO pricing is based on Named User and Active Session licensing. See Agreement – Assumptions for the number of Named Users and Active Sessions licensed.
b. Named Users: The number of Named Users the Client is licensed for is an “up to” limit for a period of a year. In the Unifyed SSO Administrative Console, the Client’s Unifyed SSO administrator will have the ability to set a yearly date when the Client’s Named User license count will be refreshed.
c. Active Sessions: A Named User once logged into Unifyed SSO, whether directly through the Unifyed SSO client interface or indirectly through an interface wherein Unifyed SSO has been embedded, will generate an Active Session. Thus, the number of Active Sessions is the total number of logins generated by Named Users within the defined Active Session Duration. A Named User logging into Unifyed SSO within the defined Active Session Duration from different interfaces (eg. Chrome web browser, Safari mobile browser, native mobile app) will generateone unique, Active Session.

The Client is licensed to generate up to the number of Active Sessions listed in the Agreement within the Active Session Duration. Unless otherwise specified in Client’s Agreement, the Active Session Duration will be set to 15 (fifteen) minutes.
e. Unifyed SSO Administrative Console can be configured by the Client’s Unifyed SSO administrator to alert the Client when the following situations occur: Active Session Exceeded, Named User License Exceeded and Named User License 80% Threshold Met. If the Named User and/or Active Session license has been exceeded, the Client will be required to upgrade their Unifyed SSO license to support more Named Users and Active Sessions.

V. Role based access control configuration Unifyed Single Sign-On requires group information for the users in order to provide role based access control over the wall of Single Sign-On icons.
In order to achieve the role based access control, clients have two options:
Option 1: Directory Integration:
Unifyed Single Sign-On can connect to an LDAP directory for authentication information. Most of the LDAPv3 directories are supported and successful configurations have been made against FIM®, Active Directory®, Sun® OpenDS®, Novell® e-Directory®, Open LDAP, Oracle® OID, and others. The key attributes retrieved by the Unifyed SSO are:
Mandatory Attributes are:

Screen Name (e.g. SamAccountName, UID)
Memberof Memberof
Mail (Email address)
SN (Last Name)
Full Name (Display Name)

Note: Directory integration requires a site-2-site VPN tunnel between QuickLaunch’s network and client network and the same is available at an additional cost. Clients can also enable LDAP access for Unifyed IP series and the same is available at no cost.
Option 2: CAS SAML attribute release:
Unifyed Single Sign-On can consume the attributes released from CAS SAML response. Unifyed requires memberOf attribute highlighting group membership of the users so that role based access control can be defined on the configured applications.
