The following have been updated with new enhancements and/or resolved defects:

1. User Account Creation with Realtime Directory Sync (RTDS)

In environments using RTDS via XML sync, a rare scenario could occur where a user logged in before being included in the nightly sync. This resulted in an account being created at login. During the subsequent nightly sync, a second account could also be created if the same email address appeared in a different letter case (e.g., User@School.edu vs user@school.edu), as email values were treated as distinct.

Resolution

Email addresses are now normalized to a consistent format prior to processing. This ensures that case variations are recognized as the same user, preventing duplicate account creation and improving data integrity.

2. O365 Email – Updating from EWS to Graph API

Microsoft will be deprecating EWS later this year (Q4 2026). We have updated the O365 Email applet to support the newer Graph API endpoints. The applet should be functionally the same with only back-end changes.

What’s New

• Graph API used instead of legacy (and soon to be deprecated) EWS API

Action Required

• Must publish updated Applet through Studio
  • Studio > App Manager > 0365 Email > Update > Publish

Defects

1. Forms – Export Data

Resolved an issue where exported form data did not consistently align with field headers; data now maps correctly in export files.

2. Messages – SMS & Email Analytics

Fixed an issue preventing SMS and Email analytics from displaying in the UI despite being returned by the API. Analytics are now visible in Message Analytics.
