Unifyed Engage 12.33

Summary

The following have been updated with new enhancements and/or resolved defects:

  • Workday Faculty Directory
  • Manage Tiles
  • Studio Activity Log
  • Unifyed Analytics
  • Unifyed Events

 

  1. Workday Faculty Directory – New Feature

You can now view and search faculty members and their contact details. This new app is populated by a feed provided by Workday.

What’s New

  • Displays list of each Faculty from Workday feed:
    • First Name Last Name
    • Job Title
  • Department drop down is available at the top for easy filtering
  • Each Faculty can be selected to display additional details:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Campus Email
    • Job Title
    • Phone
    • Location
    • Department
  • New Applet is available to place on a page or directly into the left navigation.

Configuration

Faculty Directory must be configured at the applet level to point to the correct JSON feed containing the faculty list.

Studio > App Manager > My Apps > Workday Faculty Directory > Configure

Benefit

The new Faculty Directory applet makes it easy to quickly find and connect with faculty by providing a searchable, filterable list with detailed contact and department information, all powered by real-time Workday data. With flexible placement in pages or navigation, it gives users convenient, centralized access to accurate faculty information whenever they need it.

  1. Studio Activity Log – Manage Tiles Actions Tracking

With this enhancement, administrators can view logs of all added, edited, and removed tiles directly within the Studio Activity Log.

Actions Logged:

  • Tile Created
  • Tile Updated
  • Tile Deleted

Within Manage Tiles action we track:

  • Date and time of the action
  • User Name
  • Application Impacted (Manage Tiles)
  • Action Summary

Note:

If specific details of a tile update are required please contact Unifyed Support for additional detail.

  1. Unifyed Analytics – Community Engagement 

Issue:

Before we fixed this defect when the date range is modified in Unifyed Analytics only the Page Views count was updated, while the other metrics (Connects, Comments, Likes, Chats, and Members) remain unchanged.

Based on our analysis, these fields were displaying cumulative totals for each community group, rather than filtering the data according to the selected date range.

Resolution:

We have corrected the issue, and now the metrics update with the changing of the date filter.

  1. Events – End Of Month Events Not Displaying Properly

Issue:

Events created for certain time slots (especially PM timings after 03:30 PM) were not displayed properly or consistently. This issue is observed specifically for events with configured time zones.

Resolution:

All events, regardless of time (AM/PM) or time zone, should be displayed correctly in the calendar. Events created on the last date of the month should always be visible
