Tag Visibility and Search Support in Manage Content & Site Content Screens

Summary:
Admins can now view, and search tags associated with Smart Articles, Articles, and other widgets directly from the Manage Content and Site Content screens—making content organization and discovery much easier.

What’s New:

Tag Display in UI

• Tags are shown as pill-style chips in the Name column beside the content/widget title.
• If multiple tags exist:
  • The first tag is displayed with a +N more indicator.
  • Clicking +N more reveals remaining tags inline.

Tag-Based Search Functionality

• The search bar now supports case-insensitive and partial match search against tag names.
• Matching results are dynamically filtered in real-time based on content title or tag.

Scope:

• Applies to: Manage Content and Site Content screens
• Global Search remains unchanged
• Real-time reflection of tag updates and assignments
• No performance impact on existing functionality

Impact:
This enhancement significantly improves content discoverability and management efficiency for admins by surfacing tag context directly where it’s most useful.

To update an applet:

• Click on Studio from the Profile dropdown on the
• Click on App Manager from the new navigation bar that appears on the left-hand side
• Click on Unifyed Appstore
• Click on Update for all the applets that you wish to update
• Close the window and click on the Publish action in the top right corner
