The endpoint is secured using the license key, ensuring only authorized systems can send alerts. Additionally, the endpoint supports custom headers like x-tenant-id, license-key, sa-tenant-id, and proxy-user for enhanced security and tenant-specific configurations.

Key Benefits –

  • Multi-Channel Notifications – Alerts can be sent via Email, Messaging Inbox, and Notifications.
  • Flexible Header Attributes – Supports tenant-specific attributes for better customization and security.

  • Custom Proxy Endpoint Development
    • A new API endpoint has been developed for sending smart alerts.
    • Security is enforced using a studio.unifyed.com license key.

Enhancements

At Unifyed, we classify an Enhancement as an update to an existing feature or capability to make it more advanced or to provide additional value or offer a richer user experience.

RBAC Export

The Enhanced Export Functionality for RBAC > “Apps & Pages” expands the existing export capabilities by providing a comprehensive view of assigned permissions. • Better Visibility of Navigation Menus – Exports now include both the app/page name and the associated menu structure.
  • More Granular Permission Details – Includes RBAC permissions and access features in a structured format.

Feature Summary –

Additionally, minor UI improvements have been made, including tooltips and a refresh icon in the Gmail Dashboard.

Key Benefits –

News Applet Max Entries

The Maximum Entries Configuration feature in the News Applet allows administrators to define the initial number of news items displayed when the applet loads. Previously, the News feed defaulted to showing five items, with no customization option. With this enhancement, administrators can now adjust this count based on their specific requirements.

Key Benefits –

  • Customization – Enables administrators to set a preferred number of news items displayed initially.
  • Enhanced User Experience – Allows greater flexibility in how news content is presented to users.

Feature Summary –

  • A new “Count of News” field is introduced in the News Applet configuration.
  • The admin can specify the number of news items that should appear when the applet loads.
  • If no value is set, or if an invalid (non-positive integer) value is entered, the applet defaults to display five news items.
  • This feature does not impact on how additional news items are loaded when the “Load More” option is used.

Getting Started –

  1. Navigate to the News Applet Configuration Screen.
  2. Locate the “Count of News” field.
  3. Enter the desired number of news entries to be displayed initially.
  4. Save the configuration. The applet will now display the configured number of news items when loaded.

This enhancement ensures a more adaptable news experience while maintaining system stability and usability.
