Yoda-Cumulative data for unique sessions

With this release, users can now get the cumulative data for unique sessions. They can go for the date range and a feature to export into CSV or similar file is also provided.

Add Nickname to the profile applet

End users can now add nicknames to their profiles. User can change the display name (top right corner) to nickname/first name/last name through Studio->Settings->Site settings->username.

Admin view of Messaging

Users can now able to see the Alias name used while sending the message in messaging admin view.
Alias’s name will be visible to users while sending the message in messaging admin view.

 

Enhancements  

Linking Knowledge Base of Dialog Flow with Yoda AI Chatbot

Chatbot has been integrated with the Dialog flow knowledge base, based on picking a response from either from intent or from the knowledge base. A toggle button in Studio->Chat->Chatbot manager has been added to make it configurable.

Email Portlet Not showing Emails

For the o365 dashboard, users faced multiple errors in logs; it has been fixed & working fine now.

Connect: Create a “My Posts” filter or dashboard for the Connect Feed

Under Connect, a filter has been created to allow users only to see the posts they have made.

 

Bug Fixes 

Chat Widget Flags option inside the emoticons does not work

When the user tried to use the flag option inside the emoticons, it was not working correctly. It has been fixed now.

CSS Save Button

Previously Save” button was not working. There are two buttons: “Save without validating CSS,” which bypasses the CSS validation and saves the CSS; the Second is “Save,” which validates the CSS first, then save.

Chat Applet – Real-time chat isn’t working

Before this release, the User was facing multiple issues related to chat messages in the chat applet. All issues have been resolved.

Uploaded Custom icon Issue

Prior to this release, Under Studio→ Content→ Manage, images uploaded Custom Icons were not visible on mobile. The issue has been fixed.

Engage Portal – Global Search

Before this release, in Global search, users without reading permission could see the article/page for about a second. This error has been fixed now.

Job Posting (Mobile)

Previously reported few mobile-related issues for job posting have been also fixed in this sprint.
