Change the order of the folders

Under the Community Drive applet, files and folders will now be sorted by names in alphabetical order.

Page Templates to be modified

End-user can now modify the templates that are created in the portal and can identify what pages are being created via those templates.

Job Posting

A new applet “Job post manager” has been introduced for Job-related information.
Consists of the below components:

  • Job post form
  • Job post review/approval process
  • List of Job posts



MyDrive – Folder & File Limit

Under the Mydrive applet, the Pagination function has been added to the Mydrive to resolve the limit issue.

Sticky Post- allows embedding a URL

Users can now add the URL to the sticky posts.

Email client to Reply to Offline Messages

Users can now reply to an offline message directly in the portal.

RBAC feature to check the Applications

New Feature under RBAC has been added to check which applications are assigned to which groups.

Name to the Profile Applet

End-users can now select the username to be displayed in the top right corner.

Saved Chat Responses

Saved chat responses have been defined and are now available to the entire handoff workflow for the live chat agents.


Bug Fixes 

IOS- App crash Issue

When the user was trying to take a photo at the time of the message creation screen and trying to attach an image from camera capture in IOS, the app was getting crashed. It has been fixed now.

Flagged Content

A field under flagged content has been added which will show the reason as to why the content has been flagged by the user.

MyDrive- Permission Inheritance Issue

Prior to this release, some limitations were there and now inheritance issue has been completely fixed.

Studio Analytics

Prior to this release, In Studio > Analytics: data related to the activities going on in the portal / mobile app was showing wrong/no data found. The issue has been fixed.

Mobile app Error

Prior to this release, the user was not able to do the rating & see the previous conversation in the mobile app. The issue has been fixed.
