Engage 11.3 Highlights
Analytics-Realtime user data
A real-time user Analytics screen has been designed to show the active users on site.
Search a User in “User/Groups”
A new feature of searching a user with its first and last name under User/Groups has been introduced. A toggle button has also been created to show the online users.
A new Applet has been designed which will show the student schedule.
Study Buddy Locator Applet
An applet for users to opt into a study buddy program where they can enter information is available via a clickable map as well as a filterable/searchable table.
Consists of three modules:
- Study Buddy End-User
- Study Buddy User Map
- Study Buddy User Table
Documents will not be shared publicly
The shared URL has read permission for all portal users by default and When view permission is given to the public group, it will provide read permission to external users.
URL structure does not show the type of the Unifyed Group
Users can now see the group name and determine the type of group in the URL structure.
Yoda Offline Messages
Email Id of the user will be shown while replying to offline messages by the user.
Community Drive- Copy URL
Copy URL option is now available in the Community Drive Applet for files. To link file in smart article, click on Link >> paste the copied URL >> select Target: New window(_blank) option.
Yoda Handoff functionality
End Users & live chat agents can use the Yoda Handoff functionality in the Chat applet for mobile.
End users can now be able to see the offline/online status.
Data Migration Tool
A migration tool has been created to import the contents and it is available under Studio->content->Import content.
Open PDF/Files in Mobile App
The user is now able to place files into the Unifyed Drive and can have linked/opened within the mobile app.
Chatbox offline Issue
Prior to this release, Chatbox was showing everyone offline even though they were online. The status bubble was grey. It has been fixed now.
eMailbot -API update request
eMailbot-API has been updated for the bot to reply correctly & to send the proper response at once.
Credential Replay Based Applets
Prior to this release, an error was coming while opening the credential replay-based applets i.e., COVID Self-Check, Directory, Purple Post, VPN, etc.
The issue has been fixed.
Download Issue in Community Drive
Prior to this release, community members were facing errors to download the document in community drive. It has been fixed now.
Duplicate Groups in Messaging Applet
Prior to this release, while searching a group, the group name was showing twice in messaging applet.
