Engage 10.2 Highlights

Offline Messages with Yoda ChatBot

With this enhancement, users can send offline messages to ChatBot Agents if they do not get hold of a live agent. The offline messages will be recorded under Studio > Chat > Offline Messages and can be accessed by the tenant administrator.

 

Custom JS

A new option to add Custom JS has been added under Site Settings for tenent admin to apply any Custom JS on tenant level.

 

CK Editor for Messaging

Messaging module of Engage has been elevated with CK Editor. It allows Messaging admins to use rich content in Connect, Email and Notifications.

 

Configurable Placeholder for Connect

The placeholder for Connect post is configurable this release onwards. By default, the placeholder text has been updated from “Share an article, photo, video” to “What’s on your mind?” However, the tenant admins can set up the placeholder text from the configuration window of Connect in App Manager.

 

Notifications Count

The notification counter has been enhanced to display the exact number of count until the notification reaches 99. The bell icon for notification will now display 99+ if the count is over 99.
