YODA Integration

With this release Yoda integration with Bomgar/BeyondTrust API has been completed.

PDF uploaded

With this release under Community Drive-> PDFs uploaded to community drive can now be opened in a new tab instead of downloading the file.

 

Enhancements  

Feature to see the activity log

With this release, Studio Activity log as a feature has been introduced to capture if a normal/admin user is toggling a feature On/Off anywhere in the portal.

Analytics Engagement Display Dashboard

Under Analytics Dashboard, we can see the number of users under every preference & number of users per preference. Along with the Engagement Dashboard which shows posts that have the most no. of likes/comments, no. of users, etc for Student and Site groups.

Intent Triggers for Yoda

Under Yoda > ServiceNow Integration: One can set the intents to trigger responses in the service now ticket & make changes & update the notes accordingly.

 

Bug Fixes 

Job Posting (Mobile)

Few bugs were reported related to mobile for job posting applet have now been fixed.

Connect post to have the link attached

Previously when a connect post was made user gets connect post announcement that a new post has been created in the listed category. However, it was not giving any information about the connect post. Now users will get the link of the connect post along with the announcement email.

Event Applet

Prior to this release, the Event applet was not showing any events due to some errors, it is working fine now.

Hidden App shows in Mobile Public View

Prior to this release, an issue with an Applet given the public role but the “show on Mobile” was disabled. Still, it shows on Mobile App. The issue has been fixed and working fine now.

Unifyed Groups Issue

With this release, a few issues reported related to Unifyed groups from the group/tenant admin role has now been addressed and resolved.

To update an applet:

  1. Click on ‘Studio’ from the Profile dropdown on the right.
  2. Click on ‘App Manager’ from the new navigation bar that appears on the left.
  3. Click on ‘Unifyed Appstore’.
  4. Click on ‘Save’ for all the applets that you wish to update.
  5. Close the window and click on ‘Publish’ present in the top right corner.
