Enhancements

  • Alias name is displayed on the Notification (bell icon) for Push Notification
  • User can use their alias while creating a Push Notification
  • Chatbot icon avatar added alongside Chatbot name on the Chatbot Header
  • User can remove search history by using ‘X’ in the Search Box
  • Receive SMS alerts instead of Email by using Smart Alerts

Bug Fixes

User can now see the current time while selecting the date time range in Yoda Analytics & Handoff chat history.
