Personalized Templates
With this release, individual users will be able to define their own templates. When they go to create a task or ad-hoc task, they will see all templates including the global templates and their own personal templates.
Saving columns on listing pages
With this release, the users will be saving the columns on the listing page and using them to see the different column views based on the selection from the saved columns list.
View Checklist Status Notification
With this release, the user will be able to view the checklist notification assigned to the applicant that is created from the “Checklist status notification” screen.
Change Status Notification
With this release, the user will be able to send the notification based on the status changes on checklist items from the admin side.
Categorizing of documents with Roles
With this release, the user will be able to categorize the document while uploading the document from the admin side. the user will be able to access those categories to which had been given access.
SMS Preview
With this release, the user will be able to send a text message to any number to preview the view of the message.
Form Refresh Improvement
With this release, the user will be able to refresh the forms by clicking on the refresh icon button displayed near the PDF icon button. the unsaved data will be lost on refreshing the page.
Email Scanning Improvement
With this release, any email from a current prospect/applicant that arrives in any email box that is scanned will be added to the communication plan of that prospect/applicant.
Note: Email scanning will be for those users which are configured under the institutional default email setup section.
