Tag Feature

With this release, a Tag field will be introduced on Applicant and prospect form for labeling the prospect and applicants. There will be a separate validation table to create the tags.

Saving filters on listing pages

With this release, the user will save the filters applied on the listing pages and use them to see the filtered data based on the section from the saved filter list.

“Created By” column on listing pages

With this release, a new column has been introduced on applicant and prospect listing pages to track who has created the form. The value will be displayed in the following way for the below cased:

• Self-service UI → Self-service user who has created the form [ First Name Last Name]
• Admin UI side → Admin side user who has created the form [ First Name Last Name]
• Bulk Import → Admin side user who has done the bulk Import [ First Name Last Name]
• Custom Import → Custom Process Name will be displayed
• API → API will be displayed

Notify Counselor of integration failure

With this release, a new feature will be introduced to notify counselors in case of integration failure. the counselor will be notified via Email/SMS based on the configuration.

Cc and Bcc feature on email tasks

With this release, the user will be to send the email tasks to Prospects/Applicants along with the users added in the CC and BCC.

New fields on the form header

With this release, the Program fields will be displayed on the form header based on the settings configuration. The following Label fields will be displayed on the header block of the prospect/applicant:

Program → PROG:

Primary Major → PM:

Minor → MI:

Concentration → CN

Certificate → CRT

Communication Tracking

With this release, the user will be able to track the date on which the last communication happens for prospects/applicants.
