Time Zone -> Admin Prospect/Applicant form
With this release, the applied time zone settings from Institutional Defaults >> time zone page will be applicable on Prospect/Applicant form page and listing page on admin side. The date and Time will be displayed w.r.t the selected time zone.
Priority Criteria -> Secondary Major
With this release, the user will be able to set the priority criteria by secondary major on the both recruiter assignment and consoler assignment pages.
Email Type Tasks -> Test Email
With this release, the user will be able to send Test email to any email address to review the format before actually sending it to relevant Prospects/Applicants.
Symbols restriction in email format
With this release we have restricted the user to enter below symbols in email field due to security reasons:
- Ampersand (&)
- Equals sign (=)
- Apostrophe (‘)
- Dash (-)
- Plus sign (+)
- Comma (,)
- Brackets (<,>)
- More than one period (.) in a row.
- Brackets ( [ , ] )
- Colon ( : )
- Semi colon ( : )
- Quotation Mark ( ” )
Recommendation letter text PDF
With this release, we have introduced a feature to download the recommendation letter text PDF. The pdf will have following details:
- Calendar Type
- Term applying for
- Applicant ID
- Applicant Name
- Applicant Email id
- Recommender Name
- Recommender Email id
- Recommendation Text
CK Editor – Image Upload limit up to 5 MB
With this release, the user will be able to upload the image up to 5MB in the CK editor.
Masking on Driver’s license number field
With this release, “Driving License” field is added in the field masking list. This field will be masked on Administrative and self-service forms. The user will be able to configure it by calendar type as well.
