System Policies: New component for College/High school GPA

Auto merge functionality for duplicates records was released in Release 10.0. The limitation was that the auto merge would work only for records created through Self service and Admin Portal. Please refer 10.4 release notes for better understanding of Auto merge functionality.With this release, the auto merge functionality would work for records getting imported through bulk processes. The merging of the records would be done at people entity level. If two application records are identified to belong to one people entity, the result of the merge would that the people entity will have one more application associated with it. This is again governed by the institutional default settings, if the setting does not allow multiple application for the same calendar type, it will be errored out and written to the error file.If the merging record is a prospect, the existing prospect details would be overwritten by the new record as a result of the merging process, since there can be only one prospect record in the system.

Self-service usability: Screen loaders added

On the self-service portal, loaders are added if there is any delay in the loading of next form for example, Edit Profile form.In the My applications section, a loader is also added on the Apply now, Edit and Details button.

Removed Term Code Uniqueness check

Term code uniqueness check is removed so that a term code catering to same term of multiple calendar types can be used. Institute users can now save a term with a term code that already exists in system for a different Calendar type.

Self-service: Improved Mobil Experience

This release also improves the mobile experience of a self-service user. Self service dashboard and the layout of all the forms are now improved on the responsiveness of mobile devices.
