Summary

This release introduces new capabilities tailored to meet customer requirements::

    • Google Analytics Integration: Google Analytics code can be implemented for a tenant to track self-service user traffic.
    • ReGroup SMS: The system now supports ReGroup as an SMS provider, enabling its use for messaging services.

Enhancements

Google Analytics Integration

To enhance data-driven decision-making, Google Analytics tracking can be integrated into specific tenants. This implementation will allow the institution to collect, analyze, and interpret user engagement metrics within the self-service portal. 

Key Benefits –

  • Tracks the number of visitors accessing the self-service portal, helping institute admin to understand student and staff engagement patterns. 
  • Provides data on user interactions, including page views, navigation paths, and time spent on different sections of the portal.

Getting Started –
To view captured analytics data, an institute admin will need to log in to their google analytics account. 

ReGroup SMS

As part of an initiative to enhance communication infrastructure of an institute where they are transitioning to ReGroup as its new SMS provider, Unifyed has enhanced its system capabilities to seamlessly integrate with ReGroup, ensuring a smooth and efficient migration process. 

Key Benefits –

  • Ability to support ReGroup as primary SMS gateway.   
  • Outgoing SMS communications will be routed through ReGroup, ensuring uninterrupted messaging services.
