Document Export

With this release, a new functionality is introduced to export documents associated with prospects and applicants. The documents available in the document section can be exported for applicants and prospects. Additionally, for applicants, documents available in checklists items can also be exported.
To use this functionality, user must navigate to Settings >> Schedular >> Custom and in the Process Type field drop down there will be three additional options Applicant Document Export, Prospect Document Export, Checklist Document Export. Administrative user can select any of the options as desired to configure document export process.

The document export location will be the SFTP folder as configured under the Server Configuration section.

The documents can be exported either full load or incremental basis. Full load option will export all the documents for the set of candidates and incremental will export only those documents that were added since the last export for the candidate set.

The file naming convention for the exported files are as follows:

For Prospect documents – ProspectID__
e.g., ProspectID_18579458330_samplefile

For Applicant documents – ApplicantID__
e.g., ApplicantID_18579495306_samplefile

For Checklist documents –
ApplicantID__ChecklistAssignmentID__
e.g., ApplicantID_18579495306_ ChecklistAssignmentID_18579755632_samplefile

In case of duplicate files getting created on the file location, the document name would be prefixed with subscripts as (1) and so on.

Applicant task improvement for decisioned applications

With this release, an improvement was made to Applicant Task configurations. A new flag has been introduced as “Continue after decision” that will allow the communication task to be applied to those applications whose decision has already been made.
To use this functionality the user must navigate to Applicant Tasks >> Manage Tasks and to the individual applicant task and turn on the flag.

Added Program field in rule component

With this release, an improvement has been made in the Prospect and Applicants export schedular to include Program field as an attribute in the Rules section.
To use this functionality, administrative user must navigate to Settings >> Schedular >> Custom and select either Applicant Export or Prospect Export process and in the rules component use Program field.

7 text fields added in Questionnaire section are now available in bulk upload

In release 12.2, there were seven new text fields added in the Questionnaire section for Prospect and Applicant form. With this release, an improvement has been made to include those seven fields in bulk upload for prospects and applicants.
To use this functionality, administrative user must navigate to Prospects/Applicants >> Bulk Upload >> Download Template and when download template is clicked, there will be pop up where the user can select fields pertaining to a calendar type.

Send checklist status notifications only to applicants whose checklist is incomplete

With this release an improvement has been made to checklist status notification functionality where the notification would be received by those applicants whose checklist is pending. Communication would cease once the required checklists are completed by the applicants.
