TThe following functional areas have been enhanced with new updates:

• Application Export Schedular – Ability to Rename export fields.

Application Export Scheduler – Ability to Rename export fields.

With this point release, an enhancement is made in the custom schedular for “Applicant Export” process for the administrative users to be able to rename the field names that would appear as column header in the csv export file.

Overview –

• Administrative users will see an option “Manage Export Fields” when Application Export is selected in custom scheduler.
• Administrative users will be able to customize export field names that would appear as column header in the csv export file.
• Also, there is a provision to add a dummy field in the export file. The dummy field can be renamed.

How to use-
User must navigate to Settings >> Schedular >> Custom.
From the Custom Schedular when user selects Application Export process, there will be a new configuration option called “Manage Export Fields” as shown below.

When the user clicks this option, he will find a list of fields. These fields are those which are selected in the “Select Fields for Applicant Export” Section. Against each field there will be an option to change the label of the field that is desired in the output export file. The Label name is populated by default, but user must change to the desired text that should reflect in the export file.

Also, there is an Add button that can be used to add a dummy field. When this button is clicked, a new field will be added below. One must give a name to the Dummy field that is desired in the output export file. The value for the Dummy column will be blank. Dummy Fields can also be deleted. There will be a delete button associated with a Dummy field.

The configurations can be removed by clicking on the close at the right top corner.
Users must save the configurations for it to be effective.
