Unifyed, a leading higher education software provider, announced today that DePaul University’s Driehaus College of Business, a private, Catholic research university in Chicago, has entered into a 5-year agreement for the Unifyed Student – Yoda FAQ Chatbot to assure that its students get quick responses to common questions including COVID-19.
The decision to select Unifyed came when COVID-19 led to reduced staff availability at DePaul University. With limited availability of resources, it was difficult to answer all queries of students, leaving some important ones unanswered.
Yoda will enable staff to stay more available to answer complex issues by attending to common student queries and questions. It will also enable students to receive better customer services experience by getting quick answers to their questions 24x7x365 and boost student engagement.
