Self-service – Communication section
With this release, a new section will be displayed on the self-service dashboard to view all the done tasks.
Template feature for SMS tasks
With this release, the user will be able to create templates for SMS-type tasks and assign them while creating an SMS type of Task.
Email Tasks – Ability to update sender
With this release, the user will be able to send the Prospect/Applicant email tasks from any sender, which is added in the employee section associated with calendar type. The email will be sent from their AD email address.
Drip campaign
With this release, the user will be able to send a series of automated emails tasks to prospects/applicants based on events/actions.
Copy Tasks
With this release, the user will be able to create a copy of existing tasks along with subtasks.
Checklist Waived Status
With this release, the user will be able to mark the checklist as Waived, which does not apply to the respective prospects/Applicants.
Education Goal Validation Table
The Educational Goal validation table is introduced with this release. Educational Goal field data will be displayed on the forms based on the data added in the Educational Goal Validation table. The Award validation table data will be pre-populated in the Education Goal validation tables. The following field data will be copied:
- Code
- Title
- Calendar types
- Visibility
