Columbia University partners with Unifyed on the AI Chatbot, Yoda
The Challenge
Columbia University required an AI solution to address the queries and problems of its diverse student population. The University aimed to handle its tier-1 support and answer the questions they received around the clock. The time spent by the staff answering frequently asked questions was ineffective as the staff could focus on more consultative tasks.
The Solution
As a solution to the above-mentioned challenge, Columbia University partnered with Unifyed for its Artificial Intelligence Chatbot. Unifyed Yoda is designed to answer frequently asked questions by students, faculty, and staff instantaneously. The implementation of Unifyed Yoda enabled Columbia University to focus on more imperative tasks and automate support to new and existing users of the university. Furthermore, it helped the university to save costs to the institution and accelerate its efficiency.
