Ana G. Méndez University System Improves Student Experience with Unifyed
The Challenge
Ana G. Méndez University System (AGMUS) was looking for a modern higher ed mobile & portal solution to reinforce the university’s community engagement of potential and current student,, faculty, staff and alumni. Additionally, the system needed a solution that could work efficiently in engaging students as well as offering a completely branded portal experience, AGMUS was also facing difficulty due to the lack of a central documentation repository and wanted seamless integration to ERP, LMS and Email application systems such as Banner®, Blackboard® and Office® 365.
The Solution
By partnering with Unifyed, AGMUS could leverage seamless integration to ERP, LMS and Email application systems such as Banner®, Blackboard® and Office® 365. AGMUS could also help maintain a centralized and search enabled document repository and could engage with their students through a single username and password. Alongside, the system could help universities build image to streamline communication between students, staff, faculty and alumni.

About Ana G. Méndez University System
The Ana G. Méndez University System is the first private university in Puerto Rico, according to the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data system-IPEDS. The system is composed of four universities: Universidad del Este (UNE), Universidad Metropolitana (UMET), Universidad del Turabo (UT), Ana G. Méndez University – virtual campus and fifteen university centers throughout the Island. It has also established a university center in the community of Wheaton in the state of Maryland, three in the state of Florida, in the cities of Oriando, Tampa Bay and Miami and once in Dallas, Texas.
