Vice President, Product Management

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, coach and grow Unifyed’s product management organization
• Develop and implement the product growth strategy by employing a keen understanding of customers and prospects, competitive environment, and unmet user needs through active engagement with users
• Create and define user personas
• Work closely with engineering and product marketing to drive execution of your strategy
• Develop a strong relationship with the technical sales team and help them be successful
• Articulate the product vision to key stakeholders to gain support and generate excitement
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle and roadmap. Work directly with our product, design, engineering, operations and quality teams to deliver the roadmap.
• Oversee trade-offs and prioritization within an Agile development environment.
• Translate market opportunities and customer problems into clear product requirements that engineering can execute against
• Monitor product adoption, proactively identifying opportunities and making actionable recommendations to drive product engagement and effectiveness.
• Manage priorities with strategic agility and in-depth, hands-on product expertise
• Team effectively across the organization

What You Need:

• 10+ years of B2B and/or B2B2C product management experience in software/SaaS space
• Proven ability to lead and grow high performing teams
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to learn and assimilate technical information quickly
• Demonstrated flexibility, organization and self-motivation
• Technical background

What Will Make You Stand Out:

• ERP, mobile apps, enterprise portal, content management, data science, analytics, machine learning experience
• IaaS and software infrastructure experience
• Software development lifecycle experience
• Undergraduate degree in STEM field
• MBA or equivalent business experience
• Pragmatic Marketing Certification
