The following have been updated with new enhancements and/or resolved defects:

• Expired Notifications remaining in Notifications Applet
• Broken links for Images and Documents submitted in Forms
• Non-Administrator activities displaying in Audit Logs

1. Expired Notifications not removed from Notifications Applet & Bell Icon

When a message was sent with an expiration date the message would successfully be removed from the user’s inbox, but it would not be removed from the Notification Bell at the top right corner. This would lead to users being able to still view expired message notifications. This has been resolved so that expired message notifications are also removed from the user’s view.

Defects

1. Forms – Exporting Results with Documents / Images showed broken links

When exporting the submissions of a form the links to documents or images that were attached to the submission would not open correctly and lead to an error. Also, files with special characters (&, $, #) would cause the form to not submit. Both of these issues have been resolved with the new update. Uploads with specials characters are replaced with a blank space, and now the links in the export file correctly display the document or image the user provided.
